Am totally happy with my AT & T phone. This one replaces the AT & T Phones that I had for well over 20 yrs. The quality of the phones make them last that long, sound quality is awesome, the answering machine is just as great and it has alot of other features which I'm still learning how to use. I have always purchased AT & T phone because I know I can't go wrong. My children made me get rid of the old phones because the buttons were sticking and they claimed it was time to buy new phones. I recommend this phone highly and will purchase it again if the need arises. Packaging & delivery was great.Great phone for the money. Purchased to replace a Panasonic. Love the features.I should have seen the number of low star rating reviews. This deserves a zero star. I was replacing a Panasonic unit I'd had for many years, and liked the ability to expand it to 8 handsets. The outgoing greeting was recorded and could be heard in the settings, but did not play when someone called in. I use this for business so this is unacceptable. I had complaints from my customers about that. Additionally, their is no call screening at the handset, just the base, not good. There are several other issues, but not enough space to give all. I wish i had contacted Amazon within the return window, but had other issues going on. I have replaced this with Panasonic, with 6 phones. Don't buy this product.It is just an average phone with hard to hear receiver.Use it in our church. The range again, made it very practical.Still trying to set it up.All works well except conference (speaker) call feature. Sound quality is horrible on speaker phone. iPhone works better.Our phone was incomplete, and it did not work! I contacted the seller through email. Without question, the seller immediately sent us a new phone and told us where to take the original phone to be returned. I was impressed with isave's business ethic! Five stars!
