Negative/ missing features (took away one star)-1) BT pairing, & 2) USB power port to charge USB based devices).Perfect for small office with two line requirements with 12 station st up. I will buy additional handset to pair it up and highly recommend this V tech model with higher marks.This 2 line phone set has been great so far. For me the hand set is a little small. I recommend. The answering machine is a bit muffled but we have had no failures on 8 handsets so far. The only bug is it sometimes rings in one long continuous ring and nobody is on the other end. Happens very occasionally and the client has to call back.
