This phone is Power over Ethernet (PoE). If your switches do not have this capability you will have to buy the power adapter for another $10. The description states 3 lines, but it is actually a 6-line phone. Here's the manual:http://www.yealink.com/Upload/T4X/20140102/Yealink%20SIP-T41P%20Datasheet.pdfI installed it last night and so far it seems great. I have 3 lines configured on it.I can't say I'd buy it again because I have no desire or need for 6 lines. I'd probably go with something cheaper. This is a failing of the company advertising the product, not the product, so I've left it at 5 stars.
